Greetings!
I had a crash occur and I wound up with some broken parts. But, I have Refresh. So, I went to do a service request and wound up choosing the Express option due to the damage extent.
Today I received my shipping label and shipped the package to where it was being sent.
I, To this point, am very pleased with the ease of service and the process.
The tracking number states it should arrive at the facility on 3/5. I am curious to know the shipping option and timeframe for product return? While it is not imperative to receive the replacement by 3/11, it certainly would be nice. But I won’t hold my breath I guess.
Any experience on turn around time? |
