Hello my dron flyes normaly but without image. When i want to update phantome and put sd card in nothing happended.The light on camera does not shows red or green. when i open my dji app the camera panel on the right side is grey and dont use it.The camera manual working but no image :/ can you help me? thanks a lot

Hi there, have you tried to format or change the SD card? Please try to re-seat the pins on the side of the gimbal to see whether it helps.

i DID it and still nothing no lights on gimbal

If your having the same problem, I couldn’t solve it and the administrators couldn’t either so I sent it in for repair
