I had an unusual DJI return issue: my Christmas gift order, a Spark + Fly More package for my nephews, was refused by the recipients’ mail facility due to the lipo batteries (noted on the outside of carton). It has taken almost 6 weeks for the cross-country return and refund to be processed but I greatly appreciate how DJI followed through for me. They could have charged me penalty & shipping fees but did not. Thank you so much. I will reorder the Spark + Fly More and arrange to get it to the boys myself. I already have a Mavic Pro, Goggles, and Osmo+, and I’m an even more loyal customer now; hoping to buy a Phantom 4 Pro soon. Thank you again, DJI Customer Service.
