Said they shipped item. tracking number shows they never delivered to USPS.

They will not return money paid or send another battery. 16 days have passed.

Have  read about complaints of them before on here.

Yes there is quite a few bad experiences from other people on the web,. Guess I should have looked closer. My bank is going to dispute the charge and try to have it reversed.

Thanks for the heads up.  I looked at the reviews on their website and it looks like they are all comments like, "so far so good.  hope it ships as soon as they say it will" or "It was much cheaper than buying the same thing from DJI...hope it's a real product"  I don't see any that say that their item arrived on time or that it was a genuine DJI product.  Very fishy company if you ask me.

I'm surprised and very disappointed in learning about another company treating drone pilots like tripe.

What a drag to learn there are people here, smart enough to try and save a few bucks, and giving those independent retailers a chance to shine.
But they fail to produce the promised goods, & only ending up being a shyster. Sorry to hear about another person bring ripped off.

Please report back if they change direction and eventually ship you, your new battery. Thanks.

Yes, that's much smarter than trusting these small third party companies with no track record.
