My 4 week old phantom 3se was hovering and all of a sudden did a 90 degree dive straight into a pond.  After 2 days it took to recover sent flight data to dji along with ac , battery
And controller.  Dji determined it was unit malfunction not pilot error and sent me a new a.c. and battery.  Total time from sending it in to return was 3 weeks. Outstanding.
