Thanks for getting back to us. Is there any message of firmware update? If yes, I'll recommend to update the firmware first, and repeat the activation progress. Make sure all devices have been restarted after the firmware update.

It was reported to be stolen during transportation unfortunately. We have already reported this case to the local police and the police has filed the case.
Now both the insurance company and the police are investigating.

[img]It is getting ridiculous... I got no support today to help me through the process of activate my drone. I have tried literally everything that you ask me plus you tell me by mail to send my drone but you never say the address or if you will take care of the shipping. I tried with many androids today, same thing. really frustrating... the drone is brand new, has never take off and will probably never if you are are not taking your responsibility.

Here is how I solved this problem. Turn the Wi-Fi off on your phone first. Go back to the DGI appAnd make sure you’re signed in. Then go through the process of taking off and applying for special permission in your zone and it should work

Hi, there. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please give us a screenshot of the error message? Besides, please tell me the SN of the drone. We'd like to help you.

Besides, you could try the following step to check if the problem persists.
1. Re-log in with the account number.
2. Try to change to another network.
3. Turn off and then turn on the app and drone.
