Hi all, need an support.  Today while flying my mavic pro, dji go 4 app shows position mode even mavic locked with 17 satellites..  I thought it’s app issue so I restarted app and found the same.

Also I tried to fly in opti mode suddenly mavic hit ground hard and while seeing the flight record it shows some 8949209.
After mavic hit I got wheel error with beep in controller and gimbal motor overload even the gimbal lock is not ter..

This error stands for some time and later it was normal.. kindly guide in solving this issue..

Note: camera shows slight impact ( edge rib bend in camera)

What phone are you using IOS or Android. Have you tried deleting the app completely including sub folders and re-installing. Are you on the latest version App or?

Looking at just the pictures you upload the 1st picture is telling you that you are connected to 10 sats and the craft is in P-Mode (position Mode), meaning the craft is using GPS guidance.
In your 2nd pics the craft was only connected to only 4 sats but did not get any GPS signal from the sats.
The craft switches over to Opti-mode which tries to position itself by using the bottom visons.
Coordinate wise the craft doesn't know where he is and can't even tell where home point is (if one was ever recorded), maybe that's why the large distance number.
You want to fly your drone with at least 10 to 11 sats connected with good GPS signal. and make sure home point is recorded before you take off.

Earlier with satilite connected app shown as GPS mode but now it shows position. . That’s why got doubt whether it’s running in gps or opti mode.. also I got vision sensor error for a while today.. after a minutes got normal.. I deleted app and installed again.. need to check again for flight issues again

Even in opti mode in my previous flights I didn’t seen these kind of distance issue.. also in dji assistant 2 app showing can’t able to retrieve firmware details.. how to downgrade or update mavic firmware
