Just got a Samsung pro tab and it won't go into camera view.  Can anyone help???  Thx.  FWIW, it will go into camera mode in the Inspire page, but not the Phantom area.   Bolton

What model is it exactly for better assistance ?

Model # is SM-T320.  It going back due to charging issues.  Should I get the same one replaced or does anyone have a good suggestion for another one.  8 inch screen.  Thx

Sounds like there might be an issue with your usb/charging port, which might be causing your problem. This model tablet should function ok though. It's kind of up to you. Many device out there I know.
