I'm sure someone else has had this issue. Trying to set up my new mavic air with an ipan mini 4. The DJI go app won't let me enter my email address.

Try copy/paste.

Had the same problem with my MP using an iPad mini 4.
One of the administrators sorted it out for me. But I don't recall how. It might of been what FlyDK said in post 2#

Got it figured out. After reinstalling the app three times, was finally able to log on.
