That looks serious, I know it would be kinda hard to do, but you could try calibrating it. Maybe by putting one phone in there and starting the calibration on a second phone?

Turned it on and tried again today. It calibrated, however it is still acting glitchy and has a mind of its own at times.

I am attempting several calibrations tonight. I will contact you guys when I get time this week. How long is is the warranty/return policy on these things?

Please check the return/replacement policy here. The warranty period of Osmo Mobile 2 (gimbal, handler, battery included) is 12 months.
Our repair team will make evaluation when it arrives and then the corresponding resolution will be provided, hope everything goes smoothly and the issue will get sorted out soon.
