I have tried everything.
Installed and reinstalled the app.
Tried with my iphone X, Iphone 7 plus, Ipad pro, android tablet.
My internet connection is fast. The error code 1002 persists.

Serial No:  0ASDEBP0A100AM

Online support checked and said only the “battery” was activated, not the AC.


Please help. This is really frustrating.
This unit is also under DJI Refresh

Hi jmaddatu, I just got an update from the designated team that your unit is one of the stolen products.
We have already reported this case to the local police and the police have filed the case. Please contact the seller and ask for the refund asap. Again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
