I have tried everything.
Installed and reinstalled the app.
Tried with my iphone X, Iphone 7 plus, Ipad pro, android tablet.
My internet connection is fast. The error code 1002 persists.

Online support checked and said only the “battery” was activated, not the AC.
Please help. This is really frustrating.
