Hey guys. Spark was doing pretty well up in the mountains until i change battery. When i turned it on again there is no more led lights and it's just beeping the entire time. Apparently assistant 2 is giving an error messages. Ejecting disk properly keeps on popping up. Bought Spark in Canada but i live in the Philippines. Desperately need for suggestions.

So do you mean the battery works but the spark won't boot correctly?

Got the combo and yes both the batteries working except for the drone itself. when i turn it on it just makes a beeping sound and twitching...

Hi, when did it happen? Did you crash your drone before? Or did you just update your drone? Please provide more info for further analysis.

It happened 3 days ago.. I did not crash it. there was no interferance whatsoever. The battery was low so i had to change it. When i turned it on it was beeping. no firmware update I'm pretty sure since there was no signal. And i was on flight mode. Did the Assistant 2 but to no avail.

my advice, I'd try to upgrade/downgrade the firmware, see if it resets the software back to normal. if not, i think you'll have to send it in.

this while on assistant 2. cannot complete  refresh nor downgrade because the spark keep on ejecting. tried different cables just so...

tried it. spark keeps on ejecting.. so i can't do anything that has to do with the assistant 2. unless there is another way perhaps?

I recently read a post in this forum that dji assistant 2 brick some sparks...

this is normal by SPARK standards . Just update the software and you will be good to go in no time.

I think the device is trying to do a POST operation and failing. Please remove any SD card from the spark. try rebooting again.

If you can set and see the Spark WiFi (not the Remote) there is a chance to refresh/Upgrade firmware via DJI Go 4 application.

Have you tried pushing and holding the battery button for 9 seconds?

yes tried so many times. it does not do reset or anything.

Uggh....... sorry you will have to most likely open a support case with DJI. Sorry

uh oh. no.

If it is still on warranty contact DJI Support and create a case to claim warranty.
P/S you may try to look at the battery connections to see if they are clean and the battery sliding to the spark seats well.

it is still on warranty but no Dji service centre nearby. But i will definitely  contact Dji support. i don't have a choice. Thank you.

i  can only see the Rc wifi but not the spark. tried to push and hold to see if i might activate the spark wifi but failed.

hi. i cannot set to spark wifi. only to Rc wifi.

Could you try in another computer with Assistance 2?

I would try both advices from V_kingo maybe try using a windows platform with DJI A2?

- Is Spark wifi available?
- Did you try with a previous firmware version, .0701 for example?

Hi. I just want to know if it will void DJI warranty  if i use dronezbreak?

You can still see your spark in assistant 2, thats good!.
Did you use latest assistant 2?Do you have warranty? There is another way Check pm
