Issue with Pollar Pro filters

[size=14.666666984558105px]I just bought a set of Polar Pro filters for my mavic pro. Unfortunetly it seams that when it is installed and during star up procedure and gimbal initialization the filter is quite big and lens stock on gimbal bracket . As a result i got gimbal motor overload error.

[size=14.666666984558105px]I have also Sandmark filters which are a lot  smaller and didn't have any issues with these!!!!

I use polar pro filters too, never seen this error. Ok, I once saw this error when I forgot to remove the gimbal cover. Can you send a photo of the installed filter?

Think I remember reading the first batch of PolarPro filters had to be installed after start up. They made newer and lighter ones which meant they could be installed before start up. Not sure which of these you have there.

[Off-topic] I just got them recently. Now figuring out best color profiles and camera settings. ;-)
However, I don't think there is a 'Best' setting but improvements can always be made.

This don't make sence!!!! How do they sell product that is not working properly 100%!!!!! And we are talking about Polar Pro!!!!! Not a no name brand!!!

Vasco, I just purchased that same set of filters for my MPP a couple days ago and have had no gimbal errors when using them. Just make sure they are pushed all the way on. If they are, then I suggest contacting Polar Pro and see if they have suggestions.

Ok thanks. I downloaded it. Pretty handy. Only I can't select 25 fps what I am used. Probably do the math with 24 fps.

BTW: I went out this afternoon to film a bit and do some tests because it was nice and sunny. Bummer, when I arrived at the location it became cloudy (total overcast) and to dark to use filters.

I did some fun flying and then got a disconnect from my phone. Phone was total unresponsive (lifefeed stopped and greyed out).  Even restart from phone and cable reconnect did not work. Also tried litchi, also no connection. Controller still had connection with the mavic.
I flew her back, by watching the 2 red headlights pointing to me (after shutting down video recording!). After landing I restarted the RC and phone connection was working again. Same thing happened 2 or 3 days ago.  Then, after landing  I powered down and up the AC resulting in a reestablished connection.
No fun flying in the dark. Another reason why everyone always should fly in LOS.
Last year this never happened not a single glitch.

Litchi and Go app can't work together, you have forced closed the app and delete default settings.

I know and that is what I did. Since go 4 did not respond anymore I force closed it and started Litchi. I even shut down the entire phone and started Litchi, also no connect. Only after powering down the RC or the AC the apps on the phone could connect  again.

They do have good customer service, so I would try with them.

Thanks for your kind reply. I have contact them and it seams that in older filters some problems with contact filters with gimbal during initialization has been reported. Most probably they will replace them with newer
