Recently my dji osmo records sound even when the mic is set to mute.  Not sure if this is a software bug or something else. Any advice as to how to fix this is appreciated

May I know where did you mute the mic? Via Phone Settings to turn off the mic access or turning off the Record Audio in Camera Settings of DJI Go?
The audio in video cache is recorded by mic of mobile phone, while the audio in SD card is recorded by the mic of Osmo, could you please help to verify you are referring to the video cache in Editor or the original footage in SD card? Thank you.

Thanks. I turn the mic/audio off in the dji go app.  That’s what I have been doing eversince I bought the osmo and it worked fine but recently it keeps recording the audio even with the mic being set on mute.  Not sure what’s changed.

Thanks for your clarification, did you try to reinstall the DJI Go? Are you using external mic or internal mic?

No I’m not using external mic.  And I have not reinstalled the app.

I reinstalled the app and that solved the problem.  The mic is now off.
