Hi,
I have 2 identical phones (Android OnePlus 5's)
I have the DJI go app installed on both, same version (3.1.28)
on one phone the active tracking works, one the other it doesn't.
I frame the face and it simply does nothing.  everytime.
Any idea what I can do?

Hi Gilad, please help to check if you have turned off Portrait Orientation Lock when you use Active Track.
