Just wanted to share these cool looking waterslides shot with the Spark

I'm sure the park was empty that time, but watch out for flying close to man made objects.
Your insurance might give you a hard time when your Spark decides it is time to fly away and you cause damage.
Some liability insurances will consider this illegal flying and so far it is a grey area if you are flying legally here since there is confusing rules / legislation.
The guidelines tell you to stay away from built up area's (bebouwing), and this is sort of a built up area.
If you want to be 100% safe, you might want to stay away at least 50m horizontally from man made objects.

Then again, you would not be able to make these kind of shots, so I know the dilemma.

The park was indeed closed but I understand your concerns. Since the park is located in the middle of a forest I did not really think about the legal aspect here. Thanks for the heads up, I´ll be more careful next time since I don´t want to hurt the drone community.

Yes, I totally agree and would probably have flown there too
Such great subject to capture.

I just hope they make for some clear rules soon so there is not too much grey anymore.
As long as nothing goes wrong you will be perfectly fine.
But when you need your liability insurance, these unclear rules can make for a costly surprise.

The photo was taken at an amusement park in The Netherlands. Two years ago they build these slides which are opened when the weather is nice.
