Here's my place in the Alps during a full-moon night. The pale light of the moon mixes with the warm light of the village, creating this suggestive scene. Shot taken in Pano Mode, single manual exposure at 1", f/2.8, ISO1600 with Phantom 4 Pro Plus. Looks like the AC handled the 1" exposure pretty well despite the high wind!

Yes it is. But you need to consider the wind, that was a lot.
Without wind I guess it can handle up to 3 or 4 seconds easily.
