Hi all,

I am a new Osmo+ user. Under IOS, when I try to access in live view to what I just recorded, nothing appears, there is only  a rotating symbol like it tries to work fetching the pictures.

When I disconnect and reconnect, the footage is here.

However, all the pano pictures I took seem to be absent, I don't know wher to find them.

Is this a normal behavior ?

Hi, did you insert SD card when you shoot the video? Please provide me the screenshot of your image screen. Thanks for your support.
