I just have my new DJI crystalsky but I can't login on the device, I try to reset the pasword some times but Go 4 always answer that the password is invalid, I try to do the same in my mobile phone and happens the same.

What can I do?

Hi Lanes for your answer, finally I cans solve the problem with a more simple password, now it works on all devices. A little bit of coordination between the dji platforms could be nice...

I always use the credentials of my one and only DJI account and there never was a problem. Have you found out what precisely has caused your problem?
