I have a new mobile 2  (it is my second one - I sent 1st back because it wouldn't record video in Normal mode).  This new one has the exact same problem. It will record video in slow motion and stop motion.  Everything else works on the product, but it won't record video in normal mode.  I am using the newest version of ios and the downloaded software from DJI.

Sinc the product works mechanically I assume this is some type of software problem.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Did you get a solution for your problem?  I have my Osmo Mobile 2 since yesterday and I have the exact same situation on my hands.  It will record in slowmotion, but not in normal mode.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the app, but without succes.

I'd love to hear how I can fix this, I want to start filming with my Osmo!
