please look at the pictures and tell me why this was a complete failure. I thought I hade all the right stuff. The boosters are Sunhans 2,4 GHz

I can add that it lost contact after just 100 meters of open water with my Phantom 4 Pro. As this antenna would work for both 2,4 and 5 I then tried to put out the power and change to 5 but that was even worse...

Looks like  it may have been a pretty complicated install.  I would check the antenna connections first for a good solid connection since it's not working at all. After that, Lord knows where.  Never heard of that kind.

Is the power pack for the amp turned on, should see light on amp. if its on.

Also it only says 2.4ghz on the box, nothing about 5ghz, if you got power to amp. and the light on the amp. is on, that leave the cable inside RC not connected.
