I've created an account, tested it on the DJI sites (to ensure I have the right credentials, I do) but still can't get access to the app. The app has been uninstalled three times, and I've reset my password three times. I'm still unable to log in. I continuously receive an error that says Sign in Failed. "Incorrect username or password." I'm using the same user credentials I used to login to this forum. What's the problem?
Why can't I log in? This is a very frustrating way to start "using" DJI tools. I had hoped to use the Osmo today at an event, but I stuck just trying to log in and activate the device.
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
