New Osmo Mobile 2, but can't login to DJI Go App

I've created an account, tested it on the DJI sites (to ensure I have the right credentials, I do) but still can't get access to the app. The app has been uninstalled three times, and I've reset my password three times. I'm still unable to log in.  I continuously receive an error that says Sign in Failed. "Incorrect username or password." I'm using the same user credentials I used to login to this forum. What's the problem?
Why can't I log in? This is a very frustrating way to start "using" DJI tools. I had hoped to use the Osmo today at an event, but I stuck just trying to log in and activate the device.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using your email address as username?

PS, if you want, please hit the small 'reply' under a post you are answering. That way the user gets a notification someone answered to his/her post.

I'm using the same login credentials that are used to access this forum. I continue to get the same error.

Very frustrating.

Can you log in to the DJI store in a browser with the same credentials?
And in the DJI Store app?
