For unknown reasons my phantom 4 Advance went to full stop and fell from a height of 93 meters. Reasons for it are completely unknown. Is there anything I can do, since it is still in guarantee?
Open a ticket with DJI. They will send you a address skip and you send it for repair. They will investigate the flight logs. And if it was something wrong with the craft I assume you don't have to pay for the repair cost.
If it's still under warranty, I would think the best thing to do would be to open a case with DJI support and send it in. A drop from 93 meters most likely totaled it.
Even if it is undamaged, you should send the flight logs to DJI for analysis to find out what the problem was and if it needs some work done before flying again.
