Can some one tell me where to find the aperture settings please?

Aperture is fixed on the Mavic as far as I know.

Good shot though, good definition.

Thats a bugger....had to do some tinkering in Lightroom to sharpen it up, found the original raw file to be quite soft, or is that the norm?

Thanks MavRich... despite having the drone for over 6 months, this is only the second time I have attempted photographing with it, what with work and bad weather it has spent most of the time being an expensive ornament ha ha ha ha

With the Pro I'm not too sure about the soft image issue, I have the Air. I do know you have to tap to focus which I'm guessing you knew as the shot isn't out of focus.

Tell me about the weather, UK by any chance??

Yes in the UK... was quite a bright day with fast moving low level cloud, I was hoping to get above the cloud, but going as high as I did below the cloud, the wind was that strong in places the Drone was drifting pretty bad, on one occasion it took 40% of Battery power to get her back to me, mind you at the time I didn't think to swapping to sport mode, perhaps that would have served me better LOL.

I did tap to focus, but I will be honest I wasn't quite sure what part to tap on as I was trying to get the whole of the pic in focus, so more luck than judgement on my part. It wasn't until I got home and loaded up PS/LR that I realized how wide the Aperture was, think it was something like F2.2.... I presume having a small image sensor will compensate to a degree, but it would be nice to close the aperture down a couple of stops, perhaps to F4?

Did you use a filter such as ND/Polariser/UV?

Hi Malakai... No filters, just gave it a tweak in lightroom
