Hi Jeepka, May I know if you sent in the drone to DJI official repair center? If yes, could you please provide us the case number so that we can help to check the status?

Since the son case 'CAS-1441002-K5N8P1' is created at our side, you cannot check it at your side.
But you can check out the original case ' CAS-1223171-M3K2R6' in the dealer system.
