Hello

This is my second OSMO.  When I activate my Osmo, the camera head swings on its access and ends up crashing into the arm, sort of like a loser, sad sack  robot. I've tried switching out batteries, SD Cards, updating firmware. Nothing. thanks,

Sorry to read on this, was the device activated successfully? Were three gimbal axises unlocked completely? If the issue persists, could you please show us a video? You can upload to YouTube and post the link here if you are convenient.

Okay here it is. The camera head just swings around and hits the arm. Clunk
