That will be a great sunshade, but don't expect it to be a chrash-shade
It is just a clip on.
Also it can/may limit the movability of the gimbal to the top.
But that need to be checked in hand, methinks

Any reviews on youtube?

That is a bummer!
It looks like a decent sunhood and that will protect you a little from sunflare.
Now I'm not sure what kind of crash would benefit from this sunhood that would have done damage to the lens.
I guess the hood will come off on impact with the ground and your lens might still be broken.

I think these things are not too expensive and it probably won't do any more damage so you could try one on.
If it is sturdy enough it might even protect your lens / gimbal a little.

this is the product, I can't see anything on youtube.

Or if anyone has any recommendations?

I looked at the prices of the camera / gimbal and it seems worth protecting

Yes, and your model is a bit different designed, the hoody part between sensor and gimbal is gone.
Which may give more/full movement
You may have to try/buy

It may affect the panos as the gimbal will tilt up. And it may affect the exposure if it is set to Auto.
But give it a try as i assume it's not expensive and let us know.

Thanks for the offer but it was my fault, there is no need for it to be reported

I think when you travel in Sport Mode because of the pitch in attitude you may see part of the Sunshade?

We are of like mind.  That is why i didn't buy lens filters.  The drone works fine with out the bling or the owner shopping like an old hen.

I believe this is just a Sunshade, not Gimbal Crash protector
