My question can I use a car power converter 12 vdc to 120 Ac to power my Mavic Air charger.
I dont have a car charger yet just wanted to know if it will void any warranty to the charger or battery.
12Vdc input 15A (max) @ 120Vac output 160 watt

Thanks
Rudy

160w might not be enough juice, I use a 400w rated inverter for the spark and Mavic Pro chargers. You’ll have to find out how many watts the charger draws to be sure.

Charger draws 1.4 amps

That would be  (120v * 1.4) 168 Watts.

I would want closer to 200 Watt output inverter.

Some power-supplies are sensitive to output of econimical inverters / UPS units.
There are primarily three types of AC output from inverters and UPSs.
Square wave (econmical), simulated sine wave (looks like a round square wave to triangle shaped wave), and true sine wave AC output (expensive).

Best to make sure, the power-supply is not running hotter than normal when running from inverter / UPS unit.
