Hi there, do any propellers seem to be loose when you touch them with your hand? Please try to change another set of propellers and see if it is the same case. At the same time, I will also have our engineers to check the video, will come back to you once I hear from them.

If you want to hear something you will, but everything I hear in your video is normal, the slow motion is not going to prove anything.

I don't hear the click you referenced but try it with the props off and see if you hear it?  that might help you determine if it's the props or motors that are causing the "issue"?

Please kindly change the propellers, or help to confirm if it happens when spinning without the propellers, looking forward to your reply.

Just as propellers start to spin up around 2:09 - 2:10 & 2:43 - 2:44, I hear what sounds like brief rattle, but not a clicking.

Any chance one of propellers is hitting a decal on drone.  Hard to see clearance from directly above.
I noticed that in video twice front left prop tip stopped right between FA.  Reloaded page and saw that before video starts, it shows front left prop tip stopped right between FA.

Might also try starting drone on table with a matt between table and drones landing struts.  Could be a one of landing struts is rattling on table top because table is not perfectly level or one of landing strusts is slightly shorter / longer.

This sound is normal and may sound louder due to change in motor resistance at low temperature, is your environment cold?
If so, it's normal and will not affect your flight performance.
