I did not put it to record ... more when I took a picture. .. the image hangs and the gimbal hangs looking at the right foot of the drone and did not take the photo ... then it returned to normal ... anyone can say why this happens? Can you only take a picture if you are recording?

Yes, you should be able to take your still pics during recording video.

If the camera is not centred correctly, it may need a gimbal calibration.
