I received a new bird for christmas. Being in Nebraska I just opened it up yesterday with a 45 degree day. The smart battery to the drone shuts off with any charge. It appears fully charged yet, it will not turn on the bird. The battery blinks a couple times then shuts down. Any ideas on how to get this brand new bird up and going?! Thanks

Send it back.  Did you just register it?

did you press once  then press and hold till the lights light up?

How old is this unit? Warranty on these batteries are 6 months. If the battery is under that time frame, please contact Customer Service to see what the next step would be. You can send me a personal message if you have any other questions.
