Hello!
During the first week of using Osmo +, there was an unpleasant problem in the operation of the camera.

During the operation of the stedicam, video transmission to the smartphone is often interrupted. The picture seems to freeze and become black and white. At the same time, the camera control is retained completely. When you move the camera with the histogram on, you can see that the camera is working normally, the histogram moves. After the picture "freezes" you can hear that after a few seconds the fan of the camera turns off. After one or two seconds the fan starts to work again and within 6-10 seconds the video transmission on the smartphone is restored. But this does not always happen, very often you have to turn off the camera and then turn it on again. What is curious, sometimes the camera can work half an hour normally, and the next time it is turned on, it can interrupt the video transmission to the smartphone several times in a row.

What I tried to do:
1. work stedikam was tested on three different models of smartphones.
2. each time the camera settings have been reset by default
3. Three types of micro SD cards were used. Including the one that comes complete with stedikam.

The above measures do not lead to stable operation of the camera
Anyway, in all combinations, the picture on the screen of the smartphone "freezes" and becomes black and white.

As an experiment, the Litchi for DJI Osmo application was installed, but even with this application there were exactly the same symptoms.

Have you tried to set the fan to continue working when recording? It’s just a guess… maybe it’s overheating.

I’d also check if your smartphone is changing automatically the connection to another stronger wi-fi signal. And maybe trying changing 2.4GHz to 5GHz or another way around.
