Hi dear Community,

we have a Problem with the DJI Assistent 2-Login... Instead the Verification-Code is an Icon, looks like a broken Picture!

Also contacted the german Support, but the employees there weren't very helpfull, because they didn't know their own error codes...

I tried 3 times to reinstall the programm... i deactivated our anti-virus-software, firewall and so on... i checked out the graphic-settings... executing as admin also doesn't work...

The funny thing is, if i klick on Sign-Up i get a Login-Launcher to the main-website with a verification code... login there is no problem...

Perhabs the logs from appdata could help...

Hmmm... could anyone tell me what proxy-Settings this Software needs? Perhabs it's a Problem with the Proxy...

I already installed the latest Version ;-)
OS is Win 7 32 bit

and if you read my first post you see the log from our Computer ;-) there you can see the Version of your Software!!!

I'm interested in the error codes!? What does the Error 1 says? Connection shouldn't be a Problem cause is connected!!!

What proxy-Settings do we Need????

We can't do any Firmware-Updates for our customers! We Need help as soon as possible!

Same problem here, DJI Assistant is ignoring default proxy settings.

I had this on my mac at the weekend turned out it was a network monitor I was using blocking the connection with the program and the Internet. As soon as disabled it I could get the code.
