I am from Malaysia and all the while my DJI aircraft in my country is running FCC mode 2.4GHz is 11 channel wifi, and recently do few DJI GO and DJI GO 4 apps released new version and now all my DJI aircraft connected and become CE mode 2.4GHz 13 channel wifi!

DJI support can you please clarify me what happen for your Go apps and Go 4 apps?

Yes, now all my aircraft are getting short distance!

Hey Nelson, as far as I know, Malaysia takes CE for reference in 2.4GHz, FCC in 5.8GHz. It will adjust according to the location automatically. May I know what's the maximum distance you get?

Hi Susan, the issues now is not concerns about the range, i just want to know that same location my last few video review for my Phantom 3 SE and Spark when i choose 2.4GHz and i getting 11 channel, then recently after few time updated dji go/go 4 apps when i switching to 2.4GHz and now getting 13 channel.

Is there because our planet turning to the wrong site?

Just to update you that i have updated the DJI GO V3.1.30 and DJI GO 4 V4.2.8 app and both are still the same.....Still on CE not back to FCC!

Thanks for the following up my issue.

Update: Nelson, I just got an update from the right team that it is normal to get 1~13 channels in Malaysia under 2.4GHz. For the previous 1~11 channels, it might appear if the APP does not update when you had gone to another country or place without GPS signal.

I never out of my country more than 5 years my dear!
All the time and all my DJI aircraft is fly just in my country and i never bring out for country before.
So i don't know where your right team getting this kind of information.
They always can go to my youtube channel to check all my DJI aircraft footage!

Could you clarify whether you have canceled the request of updating area settings? This may appear if you keep the default factory settings as well.

I am now using FAKE GPS to reset CE to FCC for my Mavic Air, If i after reset to default setting then back to CE again!

I have never use this FAKE GPS before for all my DJI aircraft and i am very sure all the time i fly in my country MALAYSIA the 2.4GHz is 11 channel, but now is no longer 11 channel cause your firmware or go app updated!

So now onward i have to use FAKE GPS to become FCC mode!

Is that clear for you and your hard working team!?
