What is your wishlist for the Phantom 5? Perhaps a waypoint program, among others.

The Phantom 5 was supposed to be out a year ago!  I couldn't wait any longer, bought a P4P!

I bought my P4P from the first UK batch in November 2016 after selling my P3P. The camera is outstanding but my God is it loud! Especially after flying my MPP.

Stable gimbal without vibration!

I wish the phantom 5 were much larger than the phantom 4 Pro, with a set on top for the operator and windshield wipers..

I think that is called an Inspire!

The new Phantom 5 is going to need to be maximum 900g to fit the new European drone classes, any more and it looks like pilots will need to sit a non-online test, which means it wont sell too well.

I have seen rumors on the Phantom 4 Pro Platinum. In fact I posted here some days ago, but that post was removed (not sure why).
Could be the link that I added was suspicious, or could be just too close to the truth.
Not sure.
Anyhow, it told mainly about different props for (possibly) lower noise.  

That it would come out so these thread stop being posted.

Removable or retractable landing gear so it can easily be transported in a backpacking scenario.  Anything to make it more compact, yet have the best camera possible.

If you remove the landing gear then the camera and gimbal are exposed to damage, not good.

What is needed is a retractable camera that disappears up into the shell for transport, and also for crash landings, maybe all landings.  The landing gear could then be very short, just need some rubber feet to protect against impacts and scratching.

A safety system that activates a parachute by engine failure.
AND, if the Drones is covered with water, a "life jacket" is activated
to ensure buoyancy.

I would ask for it being larger to help cope with wind better, and also cheaper please. i am just a poor pensioner now!

I’ve read a lot of the documents filed March 12th and it seems the 2 models coming out soon are the 3WWDSZ-10017, 3WWDSZ-10016 but I can’t find anything that is currently out that matches anything close those model numbers.  I’m thinking they maybe Matrice models

EDIT: Just found it, this is for the MG-1P agricultural drone.

An internal rechargeable battery that keeps the power on for the gps and radio for at least 24hrs if the external battery pops out and can take a mobile (cell) sim card (was an after thought lol)

There is a new "Phantom 4 Pro V2.0" coming. That along with a new "GL300L" RC controller.  No details on what's new but both were just listed on the FCC website.

Also two new commercial entries including a folding octocopter with a 44.4v power system & RC unit.  It's a large bird 78cmx78cmx61.4cm (h).
