[size=14.6667px]Ive been searching without success, to try and find a file for 3D printing boom mounts to the Inspire to hold the Strobon Cree strobes

Available here...

I use Velcro, and attach the strobe to one of the I2 batteries. No problems in over 50 flights, and only costs pennies.

that's ok for a rear facing strobe, what about a forward facing strobe?

All you would need to do is flip the mount over on the booms for a rear facing Strobe .  The ones on the outer booms anyway .
