Thanks CW! Second time out there I was much more confident. I tested max flight at 120m alt. and took it maybe 3 or 400m away? Pretty cool!

Thanks! It's the most inclined structure in the world if i'm not mistaken sitting at 165m high

Took these the other day.   

This is a bird-eye photo of the Arctic Cathedral / Tromso (Northern Norway):
But, besides the entry/photo, I wanted to share a procedure that gets even more from the footage of my Mavic Pro.

1) Everything starts with a recording over the architectural piece:


2) Now, extract pictures from that footage (with VLC: https://www.isimonbrown.co.uk/vlc-export-frames/).

3) Create a surface! https://www.prusaprinters.org/ph ... -just-phone-camera/

This is the surface output from the photos of that footage:

Cropping it with Meshmixer (http://www.meshmixer.com):

4) Making a cleaner version over the original surface:

Final result:

5) Now we 3d Print it!:


6) Add final touches!:

Done! that is my bird-eye on Architecture
