Mavic Pro returned from repair with scratches

Hello,

im frustrated now.
3 Weeks ago i send my Mavic Pro in for repair. It was 20 days old.
Today i got it back and i noticed that my gimbalprotection is extremly scratchet up.
After  that i inspected my drone and the remote control and i found more  scratches on the display of the controller and the backside where the  shiny DJI logo is .
Since i am a verry carefull person and i took verry good care of this expensive drone.
I am pretty angry that the DJI service in germany treated my Drone this badly.

It was longer away in service than i had it (3weeks and 2 days)
I checked the flight log and everything was erased might i ask why?

Sounds like DJI Germany have sent you back a refurbished unit and not your own.

I noticed the serialnumber and its exactly the same.
They replaced the gimbal and the camera. (had blurry fotage)
The rubber that holds the gimbal in place is mounted wrong to.
One side is almoust complete loose.
They damaged more as they repaired

This is how i got my gimbalprotection back:

I did not make fotos of the scratches and gimbalrubber holder for now

The shop was sending it in. I was there asking the casenumber and they gave me. I told them what was happening and they gave me a new mavic pro. This new mavic have the blurry edge picture problem to but this time on the right side and not to the left. The case number of my old mavic was: M023 - 268189
I am not one step further, sitting here with a 1 day old mavic and have fear to send it in again and they scratch it again.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm afraid it's hard to check the exact status without the case number. For the blurry issue, please try to reset the camera settings to see whether it works. If still not, I'm sorry that you may have to send it in again.

Thank you.  Its bad for me to be droneless now.
It seems to be ppl have blurry pictures with the Mavic air to so its no option and the phantom is to big for me.
I dont know what to buy for now and i wait.
Plz spend lil more money in your cams and more time to assemble them.
The german repair have to be more carefull to and work slower to make a good job.
A good repair job needs time.
I will maybe come back later and keep a eye on your products.
All what is missing is sharp pictures. Your drones are flying well so you close on it build a perfect drone.
