Hi all. I have a phantom 3 advanced and my brother has a phantom 3 professional.  

We are going to start sharing batteries. I realise that the batteries are made for both phantoms BUT my question is;

When the battery is inserted in to the professional and the firmware updates the battery from the professional, will it be a problem to then use the battery in the advanced, as I assume each phantom has different firmware installed.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you Nigel. Just thought it was worth asking as wouldn’t want either drone to suddenly “reject” a battery mid flight. The question was to satisfy my peace of mind really....which you have! Cheers
