Hi, I am sure there may be a thread already but can someone please help me!

I have a DJI Spark with a controller which I have had for 2 months but it won't set up. The scancode will not scan and when I put the password in it says it doesn't recognize the pw Can anyone help please

The default password for RC Wi-Fi is 12341234
