Hi all,

I just updated my firmware to the latest version but at 99%, a message popped up on DJI Go 4 to plug/unplug the drone to refresh the connection. Shortly after doing so, my controller had a purple/pink light indicator instead of red. As a result, my controller won’t connect to the drone. I’ve tried several of the button combinations on the controller itself but no luck. Should i try plugging my remote into DJI assistant?

Hi there, the RC is not able to connect to DJI Assistant 2 to upgrade. Please keep the RC on, then press the C1, C2 and shutter button at the same time, don't let go of your fingers then power off and then power on the remote controller. Link the remote controller to the device, follow the upgrade step of the status bar. See if it works.
