It doesn’t really show in your video, but in areas such as cities lots of competition for WiFi also maybe you could let us know if you were using 2.4ghz or 5.8ghz in cities we usually find there is much demand on 2.4ghz.

Not much stuttering on this flight, 5.8Ghz is quite reliable in this kind of flight, i was flying from groundlevel, just moving around a bit to avoid blocking obstacles, the max distance was never more then about 1km, so not really a range test, more a test to see how wifi interference is affecting the signal when flying close to and between the buildings.

I always put everything to airplane mode, the tablet I fly with, the phone in my pocket and my applewatch, not sure if it makes any difference, but it will not hurt.

No, i fly with my Apple watch on my wrist without problems. The only moment when i remove the watch (and every other metallic objects on me) is while doing compass calibration.

I'm new to the hobby but I hope that someday I have the expertise and well quite frankly, the cojones to take a flight like that.
