So, living in a PAL region, I record everything in 25fps. The trouble with this is that quickshots record in 30fps and look a little choppy when dragged onto a 25fps timeline in premier pro.

Anyone have a sensible workaround?

If there are no artificial lights in what you are filming you can do the entire video in 30fps. There is also the "Anti flickering" setting for the camera if you are filming artificial light.

Once you complete the editing can you export the video at double the original frame rate, I have the same problem with 4K Videos. going to start shooting at the fastest Frame Rate available for smoother content, I know you don't have that option with QuickShots but doubling the FR on Export/Render may help.

Managed to resolve the issue. Interpreted the footage as 25fps and the used optical flow on the output render. May start shooting at 30fps in the future...

Yes, I can recommend that if all footage used is at the same framerate (in case you mix aerial with handheld for example). I am in the PAL region too but never have cared about it (and you too don't need to care as long as no artificial light sources are involved).

The only reason I care is that 25fps looks more natural to me.

You really believe to see a difference? I don't, honestly.

I can see a difference when I watch US programs vs UK programs. I assume US programs are 30fps. They always look a little unnatural to me

I can agree to that, but I am not sure that this is because of the framerate. The standard Hollywood movie framerate is 24 fps as far as I have learned on here.
