Can you buy Refresh for a DJI refurbished product.

As the prices on the Mavic Pro are dropping I am wondering if you buy a refurbished product from DJI or an authorized reseller if it is eligible for the Refresh program?

A friend of mine crash his Mavic without having a Care Refresh program and they sent him a refurbished one back.

He then turned around and bought the Care Refresh program without any problems.

It's a great program. I have it on my Spark and Air. That's why I am trying to find out if it is available when you purchase a refreshed unit from DJI.

Yes, I believe you can still do that. But you will have to provide a video showing your AC fully intact. Just check out the procedure on the Care Refresh website.

You are welcome. And to be on the very safe side you should write to DJI support (email) for confirmation before buying it.

I definitely will. In the confused state of thinking about buying a refurbished Platinum when one becomes available, a Mavic II or the EVO. I have an Air that I really like but can't get much further than 1900ft without losing signal.

Hi there, refurbished products also support DJI Care/DJI Care Refresh. If the serial has never purchased a DJI Care (Refresh) plan before, you can purchase it. No worries.
