i have a phantom 1 and remote dj6
i installed driver, sofware nazam v2 and rc software remote
i can not move x1 in the rc software or in the nazam software during and after the calibration.
I read everything I found on the subject but without result.
maybe I forgot to do something

A few questions:
1) have you actually flown this quad? (trying to determine if everything else BUT the x1 is responding normally)
2) what version remote do you have?  (the label on the bottom will identify v 1.0 or v 1.1.1)
3) did your remote come with the x1 slide lever installed or was it an add on with an upgrade kit?
4) what versions of firmware do you have on the quad and the remote?
5) have you opened the quad and installed anything in ports F1 & F2 of the flight controller?

I have already driven this quad several times. I wanted to add the command x1 / F1 and that's where I can not make it work

i have DJI NAZAM Assistant_2.20, firmware : 4.02
i installed DJI_WIN_Driver_Installer
i have dj6 v1.1 remote
i don(t know what version firmware on the remote. How know that ?
i try with and without F1 connected

I saw how to update the firmware of the remote control.

Ahh shucks...  After all the time i spent making this photo and diagram explaining how it might be a mechanical problem rather than a software one.  Heck, I had to dust off my P1 and refamiliarize myself with the older software and stuff!

But nice to hear you were able to update using the DJI RC System Assistant!
