Went to Dave and Busters for my son's birthday and thought why not take a picture to commemorate.  When I printed it off at 8x10 you can see the kids perfectly standing by the front door.

I never thought about that.... has anyone ever done that and what could you expect from it?  Like are we talking a beer, or maybe the full dinner. ;)

Some Fed might want to see your Part 107 license...you'd have to take the course and exam...what a pain.

Lol Neither, go find out how much Photographer asks for price for a great shot that can be used for advertisement, if you will sell it you can get some extra cash not sure thou but we talking of $500 plus for a some good shots ;)

Good point i have no idea about US regulation thou. But as i know you can still do it as a hobbyist not a pro also not sure. But what am sure of that he can show them the Photo and he can still discuss if they wanna buy it for some cash.   Its a great shot indeed

I just read the FAA's summary of the part 107 and essentially it doesn't say that the license is required if you want to sell a picture.  Is the license required to fly the Spark in general? I mean I see that it covers our drones but is it a mandatory license? In theory I didn't do anything illegal when I took the shot I was in VLOS and the drone was above my vehicle in a parking lot, I raised it up took a few shots and then landed and left.

I mean who couldn't use a few hundred bucks for a few minutes of their time.  

Go for it...it's a great shot!!!   And if they don't buy it go to the competitor and tell him if he doesn't buy it you're going take it to Dave and Buster's.
