Lots of real estate on that screen. You really set that up first class.

Nice set up.  Post info about what kind of bracket and cable you are using.

The bracket is a SKYREAT New DJI Mavic Air Aluminum Foldable Tablet Stand Holder and an Anker PowerLine+ II 1ft Lightning cable that I got from Amazon.

I don't know what to think about the tablet holder yet, but Anker is solid. =D

Nice setup. I use one for my rig. The big screen is great.  I bought the white one to help it stay cool in +90F conditions. My bracket came off Amazon and folds up pretty small. Just stuff it in the side pouch of my fly more bag.  

Only wish the screen was brighter like say 1500 nits.  Still lots of real-estate, and solid OS running on fast CPU.

Tip; turn the holder the other way around, so the iPad is mounted lower down.

That's the  way I mount mine, and you can better see the controller screen.

The fingerprints don't help much either. I might add a hood to it, I just feel like it's going to get out of hand and start looking like something out of an Anime. xD

Tech support said the iPad Pro is not listed as a compatible device. I asked if I could use my iPad Pro with the Air.  ??
Any glitches or issues? I want to buy the Mavic Air and use my Pro with the remote like yours.

I did get a disconnect as I've posted here. First time I've had any problem with the software on any device I've used for the Mavic Air.

I would dismiss it as a concern for now, since, well, software crashes. If it happens again, I might seriously consider switching to another device that is supported by DJI. =)

Keep your eyes on this forum, since I will post if I get another glitch, for sure.

I was using a Sony Xperia tablet for about 6 months with no problems until the cheap holder I was using snapped. The Sony fell to the ground and cracked the screen. So now I am using my iPad pro also. I haven't had any problems as of yet. I don't have a new tablet holder yet. For now I have been using the iPad cable and just setting the tablet on whatever is nearby or whoever is with me holds it beside me.

Is this just for the Air, of DJI Go 4?

I've been using the 10.5" iPad Pro for some time now (probably 100km or so), and it has never crashed. But I am using the Mavic Pro, not the Air.
