I've done 5 flights with my Spark. It seems that I only get 10 - 11 minutes of fly time (25% battery level), in normal wind condition. Is it normal? It is shorter than I expected. Thank you!

Hi, did you fly you spark in sport mode at that time? Any error message in the app? Thanks for your support.

Hey Elektra, I haven't fly in Sports mode yet. All flight is normal mode. There is also no error message on my flights. Just normal

me too im getting hardly 9 to 10 minutes. but in sports mode

That would be about 14-15 minutes if used down to '0%'
Or 13-14 if gone to 10ish.
How do you think, the 16 minutes got calculated/tested by DJI?

Take a freshly charged battery and fly your Spark in P-mode in big circles and constand speed of 20kph around you.
And get down to 10% batterie or even lower.
With a 5 flight battery a 14:01-14:59 (15minutes in the record that is) is reachable, methinks.

I am calculating with min. 10 minutes only , now.
Since all batteries lost a decent amount of capacity in the past month, I am not expecting 14 minutes with 'em anymore.
And around 10 minutes is somewhere my batt warning, these days

I think the time is also related to the way you fly your spark and environment. If there is something wrong with the battery, the app should have error message. Thanks for your support.

agree with s-e-ven , my batteries are 7 months old and getting around 10 minutes flight time

Yes, only going to 25% battery remaining is not going to yield the advertised flight time.

Also flying around like crazy won't get you there, but it is fun.

I'm getting about 12 minutes per flight unless I really push the battery farther than I am comfortable pushing it.  I've had a few close calls where it tried to land itself nearly the entire trip back to the home point, even flying manually.

Spark tries to land itself whenever you reach the set battery level warning, am I right? Or just in 10%?

I'm not sure.  I'm usually frantically trying to fly back to myself with the left stick all the way up to counteract it!

I've landed with 0% battery left.

You also need to factor in the wind conditions. Wind will cause the spark to expend more battery power to keep the aircraft level.

Hit the pause button, it stops the auto-land. If you still have a large distance to cover flip to sport mode and gun it forward and down toward you.

Propeller guards mounted? They reduce battery life drastically, in my case I go from 14-15 down to 9, max 10 mins flying time.

Just looked at my Airdata logs for the Spark which show a maximum of just over 11 minutes with an average of about 8-9 minutes. Never used Sport mode. Probably a cautious flier and land with about 20% battery life left. No propeller guards used.
