Has anyone tried to update the Mavic Air to the latest update issued yesterday 3/21/2018 ? My MA is showing update is at the latest version 01.00.0200

That is what I have tried to do using the crystal sky, when I am connected to the crystal sky it does not prompt me to "Update Available" it says "Latest Version", go to AC settings click "Check for Updates" it say "No update available" "Latest Version" I am not using a phone or tablet, I am using the Crystal Sky, has there been an update for the Crystal Sky current system version on the CS is 02.05.00.00

Just updated the MA to V01.00.0300 via DJI Assistant 2, no issues.
You'll also need to update the battery firmware on each battery.

There is no uprade to 4.2.8 for the CS, based on normal scheduling that will be around 4 weeks away before the CS firmware is upgraded
