today i went hiking in the mountains and my spark was functioning normal until I wanted to decent. (Max 20 meters away)

When I did this instead of going down it went up.

After some tries it just stoped and fall out of the sky.

As you can imagine I can’t get it back.

Anything dji can do to compensate or is this a normal behavior of the spark?
